Monitoring
Over the weekend, Bullhorn experienced a cyber incident. In response, Bullhorn disabled access to its platform globally, including to the Ropes API users that power our Ropes <> Bullhorn integration. Bullhorn anticipates restoration of service in the US by 1pm EST. We are tracking the latest updates on status.bullhorn.com closely and will communicate future updates related to the Ropes <> Bullhorn integration as we have them.
We're currently working with Bullhorn support to reset the credentials for all integration users, but we anticipate slow responses given their volume of inquiries. We appreciate your patience as we work with Bullhorn to get the integration up and running again.
After learning of the Bullhorn cyber incident, Ropes conducted its own internal review and found no evidence of any anomalous activity or suspicious data access. Out of an abundance of caution, we disabled all points of connectivity between Ropes and Bullhorn on Saturday.
